Facial balancing looks at the whole face rather than a single feature. A small chin can make the nose look larger; flat cheeks can make under-eye hollows look deeper; a weak jawline can make the neck look heavier. Treating one spot in isolation sometimes shifts the problem rather than solving it.
Alina assesses the face in profile and from the front, then plans a combination that may include chin filler, jawline filler, cheek filler, lip filler, temple filler and, where muscle is the cause, Botox. Work is often done over two visits so each step can be judged before the next.
Most plans use three to six syringes across the face over one or two visits. Alina gives you the count and the total before anything is injected.
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with Hylenex if needed. Collagen stimulators like Sculptra cannot, so they are planned more conservatively.
