This page is about the website. Your medical records are separate, kept in our clinical system, and handled under the privacy notice you sign as a patient.

The contact, membership and plan forms ask for your name, and a phone number or an email so we can reply. You can add a message. If you send a treatment plan or finish the treatment finder, the treatments you picked and your answers travel with it, so we can reply usefully.
Please do not send us detailed medical history through a website form. Bring it to your consultation or call us instead.
Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and a copy is emailed to the practice at info@4everyoungstl.com. Only our team can read them. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
We do not set advertising cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which count page views and loading speed without cookies and without identifying you. Your plan builder selections are kept in your own browser, in local storage, so your plan is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Booking and the client portal run on AestheticsPro, and the map is embedded from Google. When you follow those links you are on their systems, under their privacy terms. Financing applications go directly to the finance company.
We keep website enquiries while they are useful for your care and our records, and we delete them on request unless we are required to keep them. Ask us any time and we will tell you exactly what we hold.
