Your first visit

What actually happens when you come in: a free consultation with a nurse practitioner, a price you hear before anything starts, and treatment the same day if you want it.

Before you book

Everything we charge is on the price list, with the Beauty Bank member price beside it. If you already know what you want, the plan builder adds it up for you. If you do not, the treatment finder asks four questions and suggests where to start. Either way, book online through the link on every page or call (314) 330-8117. New patients are welcome, and you do not need a referral.

When you arrive

We are at 11716 Studt Ave, St. Louis, MO 63141, just off Olive Boulevard near Craig Road, with free parking at the door. You will fill in a short health history on a tablet (or do it online beforehand when the booking confirmation arrives). There is no sales desk and nobody will try to upsell you in the lobby.

The consultation

Alina McCann, MSN, APRN, AGNP, does every consultation and every injectable treatment herself. She has owned the practice since 2012. She will ask what is bothering you, look at your face in natural light and when you make expressions, and tell you honestly what would help, what would not, and what it costs. If you are here for weight loss or hormones, the consultation is about your history and symptoms, and we draw the bloodwork that sets your plan.

Three things she will not do: treat an area that does not need it, quote a number after the fact, or push a treatment because a rep is in town.

If you go ahead

Most Botox and filler patients are treated the same visit. Here is roughly how long things take in the chair:

You pay at the end, for what was done, at the price you were quoted.

Afterwards

Botox takes 3 to 7 days to work and two weeks to settle; filler is visible immediately and swelling settles in a few days. Small bruises happen. Every treatment has a written aftercare guide and you can text the office with questions. Two weeks after a first Botox treatment we like to see you briefly so Alina can check the result and adjust if anything needs it.

Paying for it

Prices are listed and quoted before anything starts. CareCredit financing covers larger plans, and the Beauty Bank membership, from $100 a month deposited into your own account, lowers the price of most treatments. There are no packages you have to buy and no contracts.

Privacy

One provider, private treatment rooms, no before-and-after photos published without your written permission, and bookings that do not require a reason. Men's health visits, in particular, are handled discreetly from the front desk onward.

First-visit questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, for most treatments. You sit down with Alina, she looks at your face or your labs, tells you what she would do and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing is charged unless you go ahead.

Can I be treated at the first visit?

Usually, if you want to. Most Botox and filler patients are treated the same day as their consultation. Weight loss and hormone programs start after your bloodwork is back, typically within a week.

How long does the first appointment take?

Plan on 45 minutes to an hour: 15 to 20 for the consultation, the rest for treatment if you go ahead. Botox alone takes about 10 minutes; a filler area about 20 to 30 including numbing.

Will it hurt?

Botox feels like a few quick pinches. For filler we apply topical numbing for 15 minutes and most fillers contain lidocaine, so patients feel pressure more than pain. Kybella and pellet placement are numbed too.

What should I avoid before I come?

For injectables, skip alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for a few days if you can; they make bruising more likely. Come with a clean face. For bloodwork, ask whether you need to fast.

What should I bring?

A list of medications and supplements, any previous injection records if you have them, and a photo ID. If you have a photo of how you looked a few years ago, bring it; it helps Alina see what has changed.

Do you take insurance?

No. We are a self-pay practice with every price listed. CareCredit financing is available for larger plans and the Beauty Bank membership lowers most prices.

Can I bring someone?

Yes. A friend or partner is welcome in the consultation. For the treatment itself we prefer one person in the room so Alina can concentrate.

Ready when you are.

Book online in about a minute, or call and we will talk it through first. Either way you will know the price before anything starts.
